Call for Posters

The FSE 2024 Poster Track presents an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss new ideas, experiences, ongoing results, and challenges in the field of Software Engineering.

It is especially an opportunity for focused and deeper interactions with the research community than the limited time available for a main track presentation.

Submissions

The track is OPEN for submissions. In addition, some submissions for the Research, Industry, and Ideas, Visions and Reflections tracks will be invited by the program chairs for poster presentations. If you received an invitation email, please refer to the information in your email.

The authors should submit a 2-page extended abstract (including references; two columns). Submission instructions are available at https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template for both LaTeX and Word users. At the time of submission, authors can specify whether they want their paper to appear in the proceedings or not. In either case, the title and authors of all presented posters will be listed in the Posters track program and in proceedings front matter.

In order to ensure the fairness of the reviewing process, the FSE 2024 Posters Track will employ a double-anonymous review process.

The papers published in the companion of the FSE 2024 should follow the standard sigconf format (two columns); this is different from the main track that this year is single column. We also strongly encourage the use of the review and screen options as well. In sum, you want to use: \documentclass[sigconf,screen,review,anonymous]{acmart}. Submissions that do not comply with the above instructions will be desk rejected without review. Papers must be submitted electronically through the FSE 2024 submission site:

https://fse2024-posters.hotcrp.com

Each submission will be reviewed by at least two members of the program committee. The review process is that the initial output can be accept or reject. At least one author of each accepted poster is required to register for the FSE 2024 conference and to present the poster. Each accepted poster will be presented by its authors within the program of the main conference.

If accepted, authors are expected to print posters in a 24 inch x 36 inch poster and prepare a camera-ready version of the extended abstract that will appear within the companion proceedings of FSE 2024.

AUTHORS TAKE NOTE: The official publication date is the date the proceedings are made available in the ACM Digital Library. This date may be up to two weeks prior to the first day of the conference. The official publication date affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work.
